We’re committed to the holistic development of Catholic Youth
The Kerala Catholic Youth Movement (KCYM) is a collective of Catholic youth from various rites in Kerala, India, operating under the Kerala Catholic Bishops’ Council (KCBC) and affiliated with the Indian Catholic Youth Movement (ICYM). KCYM's primary goal is to foster the holistic development of Catholic youth and contribute to societal improvement guided by Christian principles. It aims to empower young individuals to be catalysts for positive change across different spheres of life, emphasizing national unity. Moreover, KCYM encourages youth to actively participate in the Church's mission of serving the marginalized. As a federation comprising 31 diocesan youth movements in Kerala, KCYM welcomes members aged 15 to 35, boasting a substantial membership exceeding 100,000, solidifying its significant influence in the region.
